Our program can be joined by anyone ,we help you do something fun after work and school so you can relax your mind and focus on your fitness.
During our research we have find that excersising is part of cure to fight viruses in your body so people who have HIV / AIDs can benefit i caring there life by participating in such programs. Going to the gym or excersising can help you releave stress ,stetch your muscle so you can be active ,flexable. Stress is the big threat in recovering from HIV / AIDs.

behaviour change theory and
extensive stakeholder
involvement, that seeks to deliver
healthy lifestyle messages to
encourage children to seek their
parents support and effect change
within the family. Key to
engagement are the interactive
drama activities which have been
developed in collaboration with
communty businesses. We also help people out there to look in their plates and pots. Healthy eating is always good for the body so you can remain a fitness person ever eating a body building food like proteins ,vegetables ,fruits and carbohydrates.
